best valentine’s day of my single-hood by far!
i got free tea, make up, a book and a rose! of course it wasn’t a dirty boy who gave me these sweet things, it was the good and kind folk of my city.
i ran around too much today and was happy to be at another fan dancing class. it was wonderful! we learnt how to do the “butterfly”. it looks like magic.
oh, i almost forgot! me and a bunch of friends are performing at Red Bennies some time in March. will get more info soon! i’m nervous and giddy at the same time. i have to practice a whole heap and make something nice to wear. i’m thinking sailor-esque.
courtney’s doing our hair and make up so that’d be handy.
